Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Manager to join our team. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front desk operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve training staff, both new and existing, understand the principles of hospitality, interactions with guests, problem solving, image of staff and front desk area, develop schedules, verify audits, and assist the General Manager with operational support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Portland, OR 97218: Relocate before starting work (Required)
